Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games published by S-Pro Studio (S-PRO STUDIO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, Thailand) on Google Play (for example Jade Blocks: Thai Treasures, Desert Highway Rush and Diff Hunt 3D) and to its non-game apps (for example Lucky Day: Tarot & Colors and Thai Driving License Test) (together “the Games”).
1. Information we collect
The Games do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. Game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
Anything you type into our apps — for example a phone number or licence plate for the lucky-number feature, quiz answers or journal entries — is processed only on your device. It is never sent to us or to any third party, and the apps do not read your contacts or call log. Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
The Games use the following third-party services, which may collect information automatically:

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
2. Ads and your choices
Where required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), the Games ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change this choice at any time from the in-game privacy option. You can also reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings (Settings › Google › Ads).
3. How we use information
Only to operate the Games, show ads, measure performance, fix crashes and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Children
The Games are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data retention and deletion
Game progress stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game. Data collected by Google services is kept according to Google’s retention policies (analytics data up to 14 months). To request deletion of data linked to your device, email us with the Game name.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
